Day 1 06.40 leave Bangkok for Ubon Ratchathani by flight TG 020
Meet and transfer from the airport to Chong Meck Border Checkpoint and cross to Pakse of Laos. Boat journey down Mekong River to Champasak, overnight at the hotel

Day 2 Visit the Khmer Ruins of Vat Phu then boat journey to Khong Island with visit of Oupmong on the way. Overnight at the resort on the island.

Day 3 Fullday excursion through the 4000 Island Area and the Mekong Waterfalls
Overnight at the resort

Day 4 At leisure for your own discovery around the island

Day 5 AM Return to Pakse by car, stop to visit the elephant village (Ban Giad Ngong) then elephant riding to Phou Assa citadell
Proceed to Chong Meck and Ubon Ratchathani Airport
