your requests, or your booking availability.
Step 4: If everything settled, make a deposit payment.
Once receive your deposit we will confirm your booking by email
or fax.

Conditions
1.Booking and Payments
A non-refundable 30 % deposit must be made to book your trip. You must make a final payment no less than 30 days prior to departure of your trip with us - or we may consider your booking cancelled. Payment can be made by a bank transfer to our bank account .
Note : Many hotels and resorts always require prepayment for the high season. If it is the case we reserve the right to give you a case-by-case booking and payment condition accordingly.
2.Cancellation and
Refund
Cancellation
charges are caculated on the day written notification received.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
-More than 20 days prior to trip departure - Loss of deposit
-10 to 20 days prior to trip departure - 50% of total cost
-Less than 10 days prior to departure - 100% of total cost
No refund will be available once travel has commenced in respect
of tours, accommodations, meals, or any other services not utilized.
3.Insurance:
New
Frontier Co., Ltd. strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive
travel insurance from your country. This should include protection
against theft, loss or damage of personal effects, personal accident,
personal liability, medical expense, repatriation and cancellation
of tickets.
4. Passport and Visas
All
travellers must carry a valid passport and appropriate visas.
5.
Inclusions and Exclusions
Please
read the tour program you choose carefully about what included and
not included in a tour price.
6.Responsibility
and Liability
New Frontier
Co., Ltd. and its associated agents and contractors assume no responsibility
for any personal injury, damage or loss of property during any stage
of a trip. This included acts of nature, delays, theft, government
restrictions, or any other annoyance we may encounter but have no
control over.
We also reserve
the right to make modifications or alterations to programs for the
safety, comfort, and convenience of the group members as a whole.
Trip members will be notified of such changes as soon as possible.
Once you
have made a booking by paying your deposit, you are bound by the
terms and conditions in this agreement.
